Project: Documentary about a groundbreaking adult day health care program for people with Alzheimer's and other forms of memory decline.
Objective: Promote awareness of the innovative programs of Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay and encourage caregivers and families to move beyond the stigma, fear, and isolation of the disease.
Target Audience: Individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias, their caregivers and loved ones, donors, and health and social service professionals.
